Your First Visit in 3 Simple Steps
01
Arrive and Settle In
Parking is available in the driveway, nearby side streets, or the cul-de-sac. Look for the Soul Work Osteopathy sign, walk through the gate, and follow the stairs down to our clinic entrance. When you arrive, take a seat and make yourself comfortable.
02
Share Your Story
Lisa or Ben will welcome you in and take time to listen. Whether you can describe your symptoms clearly or aren’t sure how to put them into words, that’s okay. Sometimes the missing piece is something small you didn’t think mattered - so don’t hold back.
03
Gentle, Personalized Care
Treatments are safe, non-invasive, and done over clothing. You may be asked to show simple movements, then you’ll rest on a warm treatment table while we work. Your comfort and consent guide everything, and you’re always in control.
A Few Things to Know
So You're Ready For Your Visit
Interactive care
Your treatment is a collaborative process. As your body responds, we may ask you to do gentle movements, provide feedback, or notice how different areas feel. This helps us adjust the session in real time, so the care is tailored to your body’s needs while keeping you comfortable and at ease.
During treatment
It’s common to feel relaxed, and sometimes emotions come up. This is a normal part of the body releasing stress.
After treatment
You may feel tired or need extra rest as your body integrates the work.
Payment
Made by e-transfer, cash or cheque, with receipts provided for your insurance provider.
Our Space
Our clinic doesn’t feel like a medical office
People often say it feels more like visiting a friend’s home. The rooms are filled with natural light, greenery, and warm treatment tables. There are sun catchers in the windows, fresh air, and small details that make the space feel calm and inviting.
We’ve created this environment with care so that you, and your little ones if they’re with you, feel safe, supported, and at ease from the moment you walk in.

Coming With Little Ones
We welcome babies, children, and parents of all ages
Lisa has a special focus on newborns and infants, and many families come in with clear concerns like feeding challenges, body tension, or sleep struggles. Other times, it’s just a parent’s sense that something isn’t quite right. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or how to describe it. We’ll take the time to listen, observe, and respond to what your child’s body needs.
Appointments with little ones are flexible. Breaks for cuddles, snacks, or play are always welcome, and you’re free to breastfeed, bottle feed, or read a favourite book during the session.
Your whole family will feel comfortable and cared for here.
